Lessons are available every Thursday night at Rock ‘n' Roll ‘n Brooklyn for those who want to learn how to dance Rock ‘n' Roll whether it's for social reasons or competitive enjoyment.  Maybe you just want to get out and learn something new and even gain a bit of fitness at the same time.
Partners not essential.
Although it is more comfortable to bring a partner or friend to dance with you can come alone and learn how to Rock ‘n' Roll with other dancers, in a safe environment, so there is no reason for you not to join in and have fun while you are learning to dance.

Dancing is for all the family.
The lessons are set up to allow the whole family to have fun with the lessons starting at 7pm.  The children can have fun before the lessons and general practice continues after the class until late.

The focus is on fun.
Rock ‘n' Roll ‘n Brooklyn teaches a relaxed style of dancing that can be used everywhere around New Zealand, at dances, parties, and any of the 50 other clubs in the country.  There is no pressure to go for medals or competition however the opportunity is there to obtain a high standard of dancing and compete in local and national competitions.

Your Teachers.
Robin and Gavin are very experienced teachers with over 15 years teaching Rock ‘n' Roll to their credit including coaching at a National level.  The teaching is relaxed and fun so that everyone can enjoy themselves.  They have also won National placings for there own dancing.
